Before purchasing from yldoll.com, you agree:

• The name, address and telephone is accurate as this is where the item(s) will be shipped.
• Please allow up to 25 business days for your item to be made and shipped.
• Tracking information will be sent out to your account email.
• Any changes to your order must be made by the 3rd day of purchase
• There are no returns accepted.
• Cancellations must be requested by the 3rd day of purchase and there is a 10% cancellation fee.
